RIBERACH is an exceptional establishment: the village of Bélesta’s former wine cooperative in the Roussillon has been entirely remodelled to allow the public to benefit from a top of the range hotel and gastronomic restaurant which preserves the site’s historical and viticultural character.
The former winery is divided into three parts: the vinification cellars of Domaine Riberach, the contemporary design Hotel with rooms inside and above the old wine vats, and the ‘La Coopérative’ restaurant that opens onto a Mediterranean garden and surrounding vineyards.
